1. Discovery

Our first call will serve as an introduction and has the objective of learning a bit more about your business. We’ll talk about your brand, users, and website objectives. We’ll put together a scope of work that will extensively cover all the deliverables, a timeline, and a budget. Following the SOW, both parties will sign the service agreement, and we'll be off to the next phase.

2. Strategy

We will kickstart this phase by setting up your access to the project tracker. The first couple of tasks shall include instructions for providing your website content (text and images) and communication set up between the two parties. After genuinely understanding your content and the story, we’ll start on creative content planning. With a clear sense of purpose and understanding, nothing can stop us from properly transitioning to the next phase

3. Design

With the aim to provide a visual understanding of a page and get a client’s approval before building and creating creative content, we’ll create a layout that demonstrates content and functionality on key pages. Moving forward, we can now create the general creative direction to serve as a foundation for your website’s aesthetic. We generally design each page individually using the design tool Figma, after which we collaboratively review it with the client.

4. Development

This is where we start the Webflow development. After completing the design phase, it’s time to develop custom pages and we’ll do this through a page-by-page approach with you monitoring every step of the process.

5. Launch

In this final phase, we’ll do an internal Q&A and a thorough check before launching your website. After we've received approval, we'll transfer the completed Webflow website to your account and generate two backups. Depending on the SoW, we can assist with either deployment and launch on Webflow or migration to another platform of your choosing.
